I’m just a 40-something young woman interested in too many things to count. I’ve always wished someone would pay me to go to school. I love learning new things, yoga, reading, the water (swimming in it, drinking it, sitting by it), all kinds of music – really!, cooking, watching movies and quality television (drama, sitcom, comedy, the real stuff – all of it really, as long as it’s good), people watching, books (especially the smell of new books.) I’m a complex individual,ย yet I love the simple things. ย A glass is half full kind of gal.ย I prefer right over wrong. I like the path less travelled, although I’ve been known to take the paved route from time to time. I dabble in writing. I like to dabble. I like the word “dabble.” I like words. I like playing with words to see where they lead me.

May I add you to my blog roll? …that is if I ever figure out how to do that?

Hi Jane!
I’m glad you enjoy my blog and have learned some interesting things about Korea. I read some of your posts and think you have a knack for writing. My sister and I were both adopted from Korea when we were young. The fact that I’m living here for a year is more of a coincidence than an intention. Growing up, I had very little interest in anything about Korea – I tried hard to distance myself from that part of me. (Perhaps, a result of me living in a very small, white town). But it’s been a fantastic experience living here for the 8 months so far. Do you have plans on traveling and visiting here? It’s quite a different country, somethings good, somethings…well, just different. ๐
Happy blogging!
I like the title of your blog ๐
I also love the word and the action of “dabbling.” Happy to find your blog~

Hi Jane:
I found your blog through your comments on Average Girl’s blog…wondering if it’s okay to add a link to your blog on mine? We seem to have a lot in common (except for yoga – I’m lucky if I can walk and chew gum at the same time).

Read your Who Me page! Me and my siblings used to “People-Watch” too!!! how funny is thatโฆ
I think people are incredibly interesting. The 2009 BBC version of “Emma,” is the perfect people-watching movie; look it up on youtube, the whole thing is there.
